Le "VILLE NINFEA" sono due ville indipendenti con PISCINA privata ad uso esclusivo (Via Orione 26 int. 4 e 5), unifamiliari da 12 posti letto ciascuna, in residence privato e riservato a 150 mt dal mare.

Ogni Villa è composta  da 3 camere da letto arredate in stile mediterraneo, dove i colori predominanti sono il bianco e il blu in tutte le loro sfumature. Due camere matrimoniali e una terza camera da letto con due letti singoli affiancabili. Un salone (effettiva quarta camera, con due divani-letto matrimoniali e uno alla francese). Capacità totale posti letto: 6+6 adulti. I servizi: 2,5 bagni (2 completi, antibagno lavanderia composto da lavandino e mobile-specchio, terza doccia al chiuso con acqua calda in veranda posteriore).

La grande Cucina full optional di ciascuna abitazione è dotata di tutti i servizi (forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigo, macchina del caffè elettrica, tostapane, piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie, calici, tovagliato in stile siciliano) necessari ad allestire la preparazione dei vostri pasti sia internamente che nel grande tavolo allungabile della veranda anteriore (dalla colazione alla cena, in eleganza e comodità). Il Salone è il centro nevralgico dell'abitazione, insieme alla Veranda principale. Smart TV da 60 pollici, 3 comodi divani e tavolini per il relax all'interno dell'abitazione, cassettiera e appendiabiti per servire gli effetti personali degli ospiti che qui potranno anche dormire oltre i 6 posti letto (ideale sino a 6 bambini o 5 adulti). Il salone è indipendente nel transito dalle camere da letto verso i servizi cucina e bagno, per il tramite del corriodio. Wifi 2.4G o 5G. Zanzariere.

Ciascun ambiente interno è dotato di aria condizionata.

2 Verande esterne al Coperto (veranda anteriore, zona living, poltrone per esterno, tavolo e sedie per i vostri pasti con affaccio diretto sul giardino principale; veranda posteriore, con ulteriore salotto sul giardino del retro). Giardino Anteriorire, con srdraio solarium, protetti dalla riservatezza delle curate siepe di ibisco. Giardino Posteriore, con area barbecue e relativo kit, zona relax all'ombra degli ulivi con amaca, comoda quarta doccia openair (per sciacquarsi al ritorno dal mare).
Piscina 5x2,5 metri ad uso esclusivo, per ogni villa, nel giardino posteriore (rivestita in legno bianco).

Biancheria da bagno e da letto inclusi per ogni ospite. Wifi free. Servizio di videosorveglianza esterno per la vostra sicurezza.

Le ville insistono all'interno del Residence ORIONE "KORGIMA" di Via Orione 26, protetto da cancello scorrevole elettronico; ciò rappresenta un plus perchè godrete sempre della massima privacy e sicurezza, lontani da occhi indiscreti e in habitat d'elite, a pochi passi dal mare.

Primo accesso al mare a 150 metri a piedi (4-5 minuti): la "Spiaggetta" (il più bello degli ingressi in spiaggia libera, con mare cristallino e fondali bassi ideali per i bambini) dove sfociano le sorgenti di acqua dolce da cui il nome della località balneare FONTANE BIANCHE.

The "VILLE NINFEA" are two independent villas with private SWIMMING POOL for exclusive use (Via Orione 26 int. 4 and 5), single-family houses sleeping 12 each, in a private and reserved residence 150 meters from the sea.

Each Villa consists of 3 bedrooms furnished in a Mediterranean style, where the predominant colors are white and blue in all their shades. Two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. A big living room (effective fourth bedroom, with two double sofa beds and one French bed). Total bed capacity: 6+6 adults. Services: 2.5 bathrooms (2 complete, laundry anteroom consisting of sink and mirror cabinet, third enclosed shower with hot water on the rear veranda).

The large full optional kitchen of each house is equipped with all the services (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric coffee machine, toaster, plates, glasses, dishes, goblets, sicilian-style table linen) necessary to set up the preparation of your meals both internally and in the large extendable table on the front veranda (from breakfast to dinner, in elegance and comfort). The living room is the nerve center of the house, together with the main veranda. 60-inch Smart TV, 3 comfortable sofas and coffee tables for relaxing inside the house, chest of drawers and hangers for serving the personal belongings of guests who can also sleep over 6 beds here (ideal for up to 6 children or 5 adults ). The living room is independent in transit from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom services, via the corridor. Wifi 2.4G or 5G. Mosquito nets.

Each internal environment is equipped with air conditioning.

2 External Covered Verandas (front veranda, living area, outdoor armchairs, table and chairs for your meals directly overlooking the main garden; rear veranda, with further seating on the back garden). Front Garden, with sun loungers, protected by the privacy of the well-kept hibiscus hedge. Rear garden, with barbecue area and relative kit, relaxation area in the shade of the olive trees with hammock, comfortable fourth open-air shower (to rinse off when returning from the sea).
Swimming pool 5x2.5 meters for the exclusive use of each villa in the rear garden (covered in white wood).

Bath and bed linen included for each guest. Wi-Fi free. External video surveillance service for your safety.

The villas are located inside the ORIONE "KORGIMA" Residence in Via Orione 26,
protected by a double driveway gate at the entrance with electronic sliding; this represents a plus because you will always enjoy maximum privacy and security, away from prying eyes and in an elite habitat, just a few steps from the sea.

First access to the sea at 150 meters on foot (4-5 minutes): the "Spiaggetta" (the most beautiful of the free beach entrances, with crystal clear sea and shallow waters ideal for children) where the fresh water springs flow from which the name of the seaside country of FONTANE BIANCHE.
