The spacious Luxury Apartment comprises:

• three (3) bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a study with an en suite bathroom;
• three (3) bathrooms (bathroom with hydromassage tub and hydromassage showers);
• a fully equipped open-plan kitchen;
• an elegant reception room leading to the living area and a study for your remote working;
• a balcony/terrace overlooking Via Merulana.

The master bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a work area; the guest bedroom and the study feature 140 cm double beds. The study is separated from the living room/kitchen by a floor-to-ceiling sliding door and serves as a third bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, ideal for those who love the in-home experience. The living room features a dining area and a 65" TV, while the bedrooms are equipped with smart working desks.

Varcare la soglia della residenza significa immergersi in un’esperienza estetica senza compromessi. Ogni elemento, fino ai dettagli più nascosti, è frutto di una ricerca estetica meticolosa, volta a creare un'atmosfera vibrante e profondamente italiana, mettendo a disposizione un layout unico composto da tre camere da letto e tre bagni indipendenti. Il Luxury Apartment di ampia superficie è composto da:

• tre (3) camere da letto, di cui una modulabile come studio con bain en suite;
• tre (3) bagni (salle de bain con vasca idro e docce idro)
• un'elegante sala di rappresentanza e uno studio open-space in continuità a
• una cucina abitabile full optional.
• un balcone-terrazzo vivibile su via Merulana.

La camera padronale ospita un letto matrimoniale da 160 cm, armadiatura a muro e area lavoro; la camera ospiti e lo studio dispongono di letti alla francese da 140 cm. Lo studio è separato dal living-cucina da una porta scorrevole a tutta altezza e fune da terza camera effettiva, con bagno dedicato. La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta gamma, ideale per chi ama l'experience in hous. Il living con zona pranzo e salotto TV 65”, mentre le camere sono dotate di scrivanie smart working.

I 3 Bagni costituiscono il vero valore aggiunto della dimora;  l'offerta benessere è ivi equamente distribuita, ognuno di essi è progettato con finiture di pregio e mosaici ricercati.

• Esperienza SPA Idromassaggio: per chi ama i rituali lunghi e rilassanti, la nostra "salle de bain" ospita una imperiale vasca idromassaggio, ampia anche per spa di coppia.
• Mentre il secondo bagno en-suite (ad uso eslusivo della terza camera) presenta una doccia idromassaggio emozionale con cromoterapia, con mosaici blu e oro meravigliosi del grande vano doccia.
• Il terzo bagno completo assicura che ogni ospite abbia i propri spazi e tempi, senza compromessi, con finiture eleganti e arredi completi.
